Alexander Raczka works mainly with large-scale paintings and sculptural objects. His artistic process, iconographic layers and materiality, which are inherent to his works are informed by the surrounding urban environment. Raczka also works on books and objects in limited editions, focusing on archival or historical subjects through drawing.
His recent and forthcoming selected exhibitions include “La morsure des termites”, Palais de Tokyo, Paris (forthcoming); “Decorama” at Espace Voltaire, Paris, (2022); Same Dream Maybe not at In Plano, Saint-Denis (2022).
