Black Zone Myth Chant (Editions Gravats)
A voice asphyxiated by complex but physical beats, experiments with modular synth, aerial melodies… The music of Black Zone Myth Chant is to be classified somewhere between Sun Ra and DJ Screw. A singular musical shamanism where voodoo music and haunted electronics confront each other to lead to an immersive and ecstatic trance. BZMC has released his third album, “Feng Shen”, on Editions Gravats a few months ago.

Cyrus (Collapsing Market)
Cyrus Goberville is co-curating the multidisciplinary Permanent Cuts sessions that were launched at The Community in November 2016. He co-runs the Paris-based Collapsing Market label with Louis Vial. Interested in contemporary scenes of both art and music, this collaborative project at The Community is a relevant way for him to gather the values of Collapsing Market.

Thomas Jeppe
Thomas Jeppe (b. 1984 AU) is based in Paris. Recent shows include CAC Passerelle Brest, Prix Ricard at Fondation Ricard Paris, Futura Prague, LambdaLambdaLambda Prishtina, Kai Matsumiya New York, The Oracle Berlin, TG Nottingham, The Duck Berlin, Sazmanab Teheran, Mavra Berlin/Paros, MJ Geneva, 032c Workshop Berlin, Utopian Slumps Melbourne, and Museum of Contemporary Art Sydney, amongst others.

Mimetic Club Bulletin is a publication concerned with the discussion of club-related issues, founded in 2012. Issue #15, “Monastic Club Bulletin”, has been developed for the final edition of Permanent Cuts at The Community.
