The Community was delighted to be part of the MODUS Hosts exhibition. We presented a survey of The Community’s archive from 2016 to 2022, ranging from memorabilia to unseen documents and photography to collectables.
MODUS is a network and curatorial platform for expanded fashion practice run by Caroline Stevenson and Ruby Hoette. The Hosts exhibition brought together an international community of fashion practitioners, making visible the social landscapes and geographies that inform MODUS’s practices. Alongside The Community, MODUS Hosts showed works by Kasia Gorniak, Laura Garnder & Femke de Vries, Nakako Hayashi, Muslin Brothers, Ellen Sampson, Colectivo Malvestidas, Tenant of Culture, and Sue Tompkins.
